Ook erkennen we dat het factuurproces een bijdrage kan leveren aan onze duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen, door volledig over te stappen van papieren facturering naar elektronische of e-factureringsoplossingen. Voor het ontvangen en verwerken van facturen zijn wij een samenwerking aangegaan met Basware en bieden we de volgende opties voor het aanbieden van uw facturen:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p><strong>E-invoicing:<\/strong> Mocht uw organisatie in het bezit zijn van een Basware Network account of werken met een <nobr>e-invoice<\/nobr> operator gekoppeld aan het Basware Partner netwerk (Basware Service Provider is ID BAWCFI22 en de partners van Basware zijn hier vermeld), dan heeft het onze voorkeur dat u uw facturen via deze optie aanbiedt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n<p><strong>PDF-invoicing:<\/strong> Wanneer uw organisatie niet beschikt over deze opties, dan kunt u uw facturen uitsluitend in PDF-format via e-mail verzenden naar een Hunter Douglas organisatie specifieke e-mailadres. Voor een vlekkeloze factuurverwerking zijn, naast alle relevante lokale, juridische en fiscale vereisten, een aantal Hunter Douglas specifieke gegevens nodig. De factuurvereisten\u00a0treft u aan onder <strong><a href=\"\/documenten\/\">documenten<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Status van factuur en betalingen<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Via uw persoonlijke Basware omgeving kunt u als leverancier van Hunter Douglas informatie met ons delen en altijd en overal uw facturen volgen. Deze tool geeft de status weer van facturen die via Basware zijn ingediend. De registratie is gratis en volledig beveiligd. Mocht uw organisatie een Basware account hebben, dan dient u deze aan de desbetreffende Hunter Douglas entiteiten te koppelen. Mocht u nog geen account hebben, dan kunt u deze aanvragen via uw Hunter Douglas Procurement contactpersoon of via het <a href=\"\/contact\/\"><strong>contactformulier<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Tenzij anders overeengekomen met Hunter Douglas kunnen facturen en creditnota\u2019s enkel via
