Invoices and payments

Hunter Douglas Europe B.V. values the relationships with its suppliers and wants to make it as easy as possible to do business with us.

Therefore, we aim to automate and streamline our procure-to-pay processes to improve efficiency and ensure timely payment of invoices. We also recognize that the invoicing process can contribute to our sustainability goals, moving entirely from paper invoicing to electronic or e-invoicing solutions. We have partnered with Basware to offer the following options for receiving and processing your invoices:

  1. E-invoicing: Should your organization have a Basware Network account or work with an e-invoice operator linked to the Basware Partner network (Basware Service Provider ID BAWCFI22 and Basware partners are listed here), we would prefer that you offer your invoices via this option.

  2. PDF-invoicing: If your organization does not have these options, you can send your invoices exclusively in PDF format via email to a Hunter Douglas organization-specific email address. Several Hunter Douglas specific data are needed for flawless invoice processing, besides all relevant local, legal, and fiscal requirements. The invoice requirements can be found under documents.

Status of invoice and payments

As a Hunter Douglas supplier, you can share information with us through your Basware environment and follow your invoices anytime and anywhere. This tool shows the status of invoices submitted via Basware. Registration is free and completely secure. If your organization has a Basware account, you need to link it to the Hunter Douglas entities in question. If you do not have an account yet, you can request one via your Hunter Douglas Procurement contact or the contact form.

Unless agreed otherwise with Hunter Douglas, invoices and credit notes can only be submitted in one of the two ways mentioned above.
