In everything we do, we focus on further developing our business and products with our customers and suppliers and contributing to a more sustainable world. We actively encourage our employees, customers, and suppliers to participate in initiatives that support the environment.
Our existing and new suppliers are not only selected and evaluated based on economic criteria. We also look closely at environmental protection, compliance with human rights, labour, and social standards, and anti-discrimination and anti-corruption policies. We expect our suppliers to fully comply with our Code of Conduct, applicable laws, and internationally recognized environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
The aim is to develop our suppliers into a resource that supports us in achieving our ambitions to be a socially responsible company throughout the supply chain. Our Supplier Code of Conduct is the formal document created to explain the areas, such as labour, health and safety, and environment. We want our current and new suppliers to be a responsible partner.
Therefore, we ask all suppliers to adhere to it and demonstrate their efforts in this area by signing this code of conduct and, above all, keeping sustainability on the agenda wherever possible and keeping the discussion open and lively.
